Delivery Destinations - As well as U.K. destinations on request we can arrange shipping of our products to non mainland U.K. and overseas destinations.
Delivery is usually to the nearest accessible curbside, though where possible we will endeavour to meet any special delivery requirements.
Packaging - Our features are usually shrink wrapped to avoid the inconvenience of in-transit damage and for ease of on-site handling and protection.
Delivery Charge - The cost of delivery is not included within the prices detailed against each product on our website. A delivery charge will be included as part of our quotation if you contact us for confirmed pricing.
Delivery Schedule - At the time of confirming an order we will provide an estimate of the delivery date. In advance of delivery we will call you to agree the actual delivery date.
We are pleased to schedule deliveries in phases to suit your building program. Included with each phase of delivery are detailed delivery notes and care and maintenance instructions.
Installation - To assist with installation: all casts are individually coded for on-site identification, assembly instructions accompany delivery of your order and our team are on hand at the end of the telephone to provide helpful advice.
If you need someone to install your cast stone features we can facilitate 'on location' fitting by sharing with you a list of installers.
