Delivery is usually to the nearest accessible curbside, though where possible we will endevour to meet any special delivery requirements.
The cost of delivery is included as part of our quotation or within the checkout when purchasing online.
The charge is generally on a 'per pallet' basis, as a guide the most common charge is £65 per pallet or part pallet.
The actual amount charged for each delivery is calculated taking into account the delivery location and the size and make up of your order.

At the time of confirming an order we provide an estimate of the anticipated date of delivery.
The actual delivery date is agreed with you in advance and we are pleased to schedule deliveries in phases to suit your building program.
Included with each phase of delivery are detailed delivery notes and care and maintenance instructions.

Our features and ornaments are usually shrink wrapped to avoid the inconvenience of in-transit damage and for ease of on-site handling and protection.

- Our project managers are on hand at the end of the telephone to provide helpful advice

For instructions on how to prepare our pointing mix please see our guidance.
We would also like to bring your attention to the following:
Balustrade - Assembling balustrades requires some experience and we recommend that a builder who has erected balustrade before is used. Assembly instructions are available on request. Suitable footings should be prepared in advance.
Urns and Vases - individual pieces should be mortared together using a weak cement mix (1:4 cement to sand). If there is a risk that children or adults may climb on the urn or vase, vertical steel reinforcing bars should be used to reinforce the connection between the urn or vase and the base.
